Enabling Technologies

Enabling technologies are complementary tools to help end users perform experiments with MPS platforms or extract data from them. These technologies are only applicable to certain MPS depending on the organ model and the technology used in the platform.

MicroMatrices

Our high-throughput histology platform, SpheroMatrices®, aligns MPS/organoids from plate-based experiments  in a single plane in a microscope slide-sized  microTMA format, retaining the plate layout. All tissues within the microTMA are wax embedded and simultaneously sectioned into parallel sections for downstream analysis via histopathology, immunostaining, and /or transcript profiling.
